The hotel is huge and clean with a nice restaurant, I had a such great stay. Booked a room with very modern baths. Also, location was marvellous and absolutely perfect, just a short walk away from Venezia Mestre railway. The area was very quiet, a nice base for me. Good access everywhere as a tram station was near the property. The service was amazing, including a quick check-in.

The location of this hotel is great, situated in a quiet neighborhood full of Mediterranean style houses. The bus stop is just around the corner, making it very convenient to travel around. Additionally, there is an Aliper Supermarket just 100m down the road, which is perfect for grabbing any essentials you may need during your stay. The rooms, although small, are clean and well-maintained, providing all the basic amenities required for a comfortable stay. The breakfast offered each day was a treat, with a wide variety of options including bread, cereals, jam. this hotel is a great value for money and I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to Venice.

Ideal hotel with very good wi-fi, the location is perfect on the actual island. Excellent and extremely friendly staff in Morning shift, they can also create a quiet atmosphere. The rooms are airy and new-fashioned, with a big window and Wi-Fi.

The hotel is conveniently located, just a short walk from the train station and close to a bus stop. The rooms are comfortable and the bathrooms are big enough. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the breakfast offers a good variety of dishes. There is also a fridge in the room, which is a nice convenience.
It can be difficult to find a place to have a meal near the hotel, as many of the cafes in the area are not open in the evenings.

Near to the bus stop and train for Venice. Just make sure you make a note of the name of the bus stop you leave from. They all look the same coming back in the dark. breakast patio very good.
